The boys scared up a storm for a Halloween special in the newly refurbed Cornerbar. The pokies are gone (again) and there’s plenty of space for a dance floor area but that filled fast as everyone piled in. Great sets from all on the night, with a definite harder sound than previous TnC gigs but very suited for the night of All Hallows eve!
Whoa! What a night! The ‘Slingers returned in fine form to their home away from home and it was a cracker! Packed, up for it crowd and not a top 40 remix in sight!
Well done lads! Can’t wait for the next one!

Swell Sculpture Festival 2009
This is an annual festival for local artists who’s works are displayed along Paradise Parade at Currumbin beach, Gold Coast.
There’s always a big variety of concepts and materials and this year was no different with over 50 works on display.
Getting there while its still light helps as quite a few displays are not lit, however hanging around after sunset with a flash handy has its rewards as well, as seen in the photos (:
