Whoa! What a week! Dame Reggaeton kicked things off with a HUGE turn out, nothing says party like having a day off the following day!
Mr. Mos Def followed things up with what can be described as a charming performance of forward thinking hiphop. And finally Andy C tore the Monastery (of all places!) a new one with a balls out set of killer DnB. I don’t know about anyone else but I need a lie down!

With my recently hectic schedule, it’s been a while since I’ve hit up a DnB party and that could be why DnB tends to mean debauchery and bass!

Shapeshifter touring their new album “The system is a vampire” and we’re definitely diggin the new stuff! Still has those chilled airy moments but there’s also plenty of new bangers to get you air punching!
The dynamic drum and bass duo hit the Moonbar with some Good Lookin goodness
Cute like butterflies but still stingin’ like bees, the girls of Junglettes celebrate 6 years of bass and broken beats with help from their sisters from down south.
Meanwhile the Middlebar goes all bizzaro world when they throw the Hump Day Project on a Saturday! Crazy!
They’ve left the regular club nights but they haven’t left our hearts! The Rudies team knock out another Free annual party for all their loyal followers and what a great night it was!
The boys scared up a storm for a Halloween special in the newly refurbed Cornerbar. The pokies are gone (again) and there’s plenty of space for a dance floor area but that filled fast as everyone piled in. Great sets from all on the night, with a definite harder sound than previous TnC gigs but very suited for the night of All Hallows eve!
